Our approach in more detail:

  • Risk assessment by interviewing the responsible project leaders, as well as service providers and customers. Focus is on quality, including project management, project team, technical risk, realisation, roll-out planning, budgeting and business case – all based on successfully proven tools
  • Within a time horizon of four to six weeks we will provide the customer with evaluated measures for risk management and stabilisation
  • With the IMES Consulting competencies in turn-around management we will develop concepts for IT architecture, project management and set up new criteria for a more professional and efficient business
  • On request of the customer, IMES Consulting will supervise the realisation and implementation.
